The Video We Have Chosen

We have chosen Lady Gagas song Beautiful Dirty Rich for out usic video, this is because we find that as an artist Lady Gaga is unique and will be a real challenge for us. We were going to pick a song that we were more familiar with and that we would have found a lot easier to do for our music video but then we decided against that and chose Lady Gaga so that we couldl try and re create the challenging styles and conventions, we realise that there will be a lot of work involved in this video, however we are willing to work to the best of our ability to try and make our video just the way we would like it to be. Not only do Me, Kirsty, Charlotte and Christie think that the style of Lady Gaga and Girlbands will suit us perfectly. We also chose to do this so it contrasted greatly with the film opening that we did for AS media, this was very boyish gangster genre, where we decided to challenge the conventions of the genre. So for A2 Media we have gone for a girly theme and we have chosen to try and emulate and stick to the conventions and themes that Lady Gaga especially and Girlbands stick to.
